Lisa indeed has exceeded my expectations not only in terms of her great interpersonal attitude but also regarding her market expertise on the matter of sales price. She was able to sell the house for $20000 more than we initially anticipated. She really got the finger on the pulse of what is going on in the market, has a great energy level that one can feel. We had some minor issues with some buyers as well as the roof and Lisa resolved all obstacles with ease. She did not hesitate to call me in the evenings or weekends to inform and update me on new developments, issues in this sales effort or suggesting changes in our approach.
