Lisa has been an amazing realtor to work with. I never had to worry about the time it took us to find the right place. She is very patient and knowledgeable when it comes to the Florida market and the particulars about the construction of each place. She helped us look for certain things within each place that could be a problem in the future. She was very honest and forthcoming with any possible issues. When it came time to close, she helped to simplify the process by giving us a checklist and checking in with us daily. I would highly recommend Lisa to help you find the perfect place! Lisa did an outstanding job helping us find a house in Cape Coral FL. She showed us houses almost every weekend for 2 months straight. She was knowledgeable about the area, about the process of purchasing a home, and the pitfalls of real estate to avoid. She is an extremely positive person with a wonderful personality which made the stressful process so much more enjoyable. She was very fast in responding to any communication we sent her way and she fought for us to get the best deal possible when we found the house we were going to purchase.
